After more than 30 years in education, including 23 years as a school counselor, I've learned something important:
People don't always want someone to tell them what to do. They want someone who will listen, help them understand their options, and work alongside them to find a way forward.
Throughout my career, I've helped students and families navigate complex systems, locate resources, solve problems, make difficult decisions, and overcome obstacles that initially seemed overwhelming.

What I discovered is that these challenges don't end when someone leaves school. They follow us through adulthood, career changes, family responsibilities, and life's unexpected circumstances.
I created Unstuck because I believe everyone deserves access to someone who is willing to listen, do the research, connect the dots, and help make the complicated feel manageable.
My approach is personal, practical, and focused on results.
